This yoga series is thoughtfully designed to support women navigating perimenopause to ease transitions, balance hormones and reconnect with your amazing body and empower yourself.

We will begin with a drink and a Women’s Circle to share our experiences, breath work, gentle yoga, Yin and restorative style yoga practice and relaxation. The practice will support you manage menopause symptoms, offering hints and tips you can take off your yoga mat and into your everyday life.

This is what we will cover each week:

💜 Sunday 18th May: We will focus on meno-rage and irritability. Soothing hot emotions by releasing physical and emotional tension in the body, particularly around the jaw and hips.

Together we will work to accept our emotions including anger, and honour our inner Goddess.

🌟 What is Menopause Yoga?
Menopause Yoga helps women to manage menopause symptoms, offering empowerment, knowledge and the opportunity to share their experiences. Menopause Yoga sessions bring together Eastern wellbeing practices such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine with yoga and information about Western support, to provide holistic support through the menopause.

🌟 Who is Menopause Yoga for?

Open to all yoga levels, including complete beginners.
The course is open to those experiencing the shifts of perimenopause and menopause. If you are not sure if you are in peri-menopause yet but would like to learn more then you are also very welcome.

🌟 What should I expect?
To gain hints and tips for dealing with menopause symptoms, meet other women on their menopause journey and to leave feeling empowered.

Instructions

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. You will need to bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, eye pillow (or scarf), a notebook/journal and pen, water to drink - keep hydrated.
