Join me for a Restorative Yoga session in the wonderful ReWild Studio, Cahersiveen - because you need rest, deep restorative rest.
This is a special monthly session to deeply relax, restoring and replenishing your energy. Join Louise, an experienced and caring teacher as she guides you into supported poses lying on your mat.
Each pose is carefully selected to support your body and mind in the current season. Louise will also guide you through a uniquely scripted yoga nidra (meditation) to reflect what’s happening in the natural world around us.
All bodies welcome😊 No yoga experience needed but you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
Included is a free recording of the guided meditation (usually about 15 minutes) that will be sent to you after the session to listen again whenever you need to relax.

Located in The ReWild Yoga Studio, Community Hub & Sanctuary in Cahersiveen from this April!
Please arrive 10 mins before class so you can get comfortable.
All props, mats and blankets will be provided, but you may wish to bring an additional blanket and pillow for even more comfort!
Please bring your wonderful self and a water bottle.
