Join Isabel for a woodland survey of Coalbourn Wood, a privately-owned woodland in Ulverscroft, for the Ancient Woodland Inventory update, on Tuesday 9th July, 10am-1pm. We will take it at a slow pace and though it is now fairly late in the season, we should be able to practice some woodland plant ID as we go.
• Please wear sturdy footwear for muddy and uneven ground and dress appropriately for the weather.
• Feel free to bring any field guides with you for ID help.
• You may wish to bring a hand lens and/or binoculars with you.
• Please bring any refreshment that you may need during the morning.
• Please note that if the weather is very wet, we may need to reschedule the survey.
