An afternoon of breathwork, yoga & sound to activate the energetic body, helping us to set our intentions and move with purpose into 2026. We will begin by sharing some cacao to bring us into our heart space and take some time to journal on where we are and what we want to welcome in. Breath, stretch & posture will help us land in our bodies, finding deeper presence and stillness. The crystal bowl sound bath will help us to relax and integrate the practice.
