Contact Improvisation Beginners Course with Justin

This course exists to create a safe, welcoming and fun container in which to discover and explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation (CI).

It is open to anyone who would like to gain a solid grounding in the basics of CI. No matter what your movement background is, you are welcome to join our closed group that will learn together for these four sessions.

At the end of this course you will have a basic embodied understanding of the practice, and my intention is that you will feel comfortable to then attend open level classes and be more confident to safely navigate the jam setting, where we share CI dances together in a free flowing group setting.
