'The perfect balance of a class that's for ME but involves baby just the right amount' - the most common feedback I get about my Mum and Baby classes!
So your a new parent, and you've found your diary full of lovely baby classes, but are craving some time focused on what YOU need (that you can still bring your little treasure too of course!), so I've created this class focused around all we need as new mams.
Expect time to relax and unwind, a good stretch out of all the muscles we use as new mums, as well as maintaining and building strength and flexibility following the toll pregnancy and birth takes on our bodies, as well as getting our connect to our little ones and get them involved and interested in our well being.
A happy Mama equals a happy Baba!
There is also time to connect and chat to other mums and have a HOT cuppa!
Please note you must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 10 weeks following a c-section
*Dads/Grandparents/Carers/Guardians/Relatives of Babas are all more than welcome too
You do not need to bring anything other than yourselves, babies, water and your usual 'baby bag.' If you have a yoga mat, you can bring that - however the studio does have some along with other props we can use, as well as toys for babies.
