Circle Songs for the Heart

Join us in a monthly singing circle - a grounded, heart-centred space where we share in the joy of making songs in the moment, led by singer and collaborative vocal improviser Namvula. In these times, many of us are longing for deeper connection — to ourselves, each other, and the living world. So we gather to listen, breathe, and explore intuitive ways of making sound, letting songs emerge in the moment.

Through circle singing, we explore spontaneous voice, deep listening, and shared sound as a way to reconnect with ourselves and one another. This practice honours every person’s innate musicality. Whether you are new to circle songs, or a seasoned improviser, you are invited to come as you are, bring your voice as it is, and be held in the music we make together.

What to expect:
Gentle physical warm-ups to ground us in our bodies
Rhythm and vocal play to explore our intuitive music-making, and connect us to our voices
Led circle songs, allowing collective song to emerge in the moment in a held and joyful way

£15 pay it forward / £10 regular rate. Please self-determine based on your financial position.
Discounted rate of £16 if you buy 2 adult tickets.
Young singers 12-16 years: £5 (please let me know if you would benefit from a free 12-16yrs ticket)
Kids under 12: free but need tickets as the yurt is small and space is limited. Babes in arms / toddlers do not need tickets!
