An hour that’s just for you.
The School Run Reset is a new daytime session designed to give you a chance to stop, switch off and recharge.
Each session includes 45 minutes of immersive sound with Tom Webster, alongside Angelic Reiki with Reiki Master Mikey from My Aura Flow.
Everything is provided, including mats, pillows and blankets. Just turn up, get comfortable and let us take care of the rest.
Created with busy parents in mind, the session is open to everyone, including those who are unable to make our evening sessions.
Thanks to New Earth Holistic Sounds CIC, places are subsidised to make wellbeing more accessible within our community.

Instructions
Everything is provided, including mats, pillows and blankets. Just wear something comfortable and arrive 5–10 minutes before the session begins.
Free parking is available outside the studio.
