18.30-19.30 – PREGNANCY YOGA - In-studio
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy until your baby is born. Suitable for beginners to more experienced students.
This class runs as 12 class courses for ÂŁ156. It is possible to drop-in for ÂŁ16 a class is there is space available.
This class is running as a 12 week course from 9th September until 16th December 2025.
There is no class on 14th & 28th October
Missed classes cannot be used for another course and cannot be refunded.
This class is IN STUDIO and numbers are limited. If you need to change or cancel your booking please give 24 hrs notice.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time if possible to get settled in.
If you have your own mat & props please bring them. If you do not I have spares available for you to borrow.
