Condensed 4-week course to fit around school holidays!
This is a calm and relaxed course where you'll learn a full body sequence for your baby over four weeks. It's also a lovely opportunity to meet and connect with other local parents with babies of a similar age.
If your baby needs to feed, be cuddled or sleep during the sessions that's fine - there's no expectation for you to massage your baby there and then! I'll help you to recognise the signs that they're ready for a massage and you'll have a handout with all the strokes we've covered so you can practise at home.
In each session there's plenty of time to chat and we also take time to relax with refreshments at the end.
I will provide you with a small bottle of grapeseed massage oil (to keep) plus a mat, cushion and small towel for the sessions but please bring anything else you need for you and your baby to be comfortable. I recommend packing a spare towel in case of accidents (nappies come off for some of the massage!)
