Music and Activism Workshop

This year's LGBTQ+ History month theme is Activism and Social Change. Led by musicians and community advocates MIRI and Mila, this workshop will explore and demonstrate how we can use music and words to activate awareness on causes that are important to us and as an outlet to express ourselves.

There will be an ice breaker, songwriting exercises and a facilitated discussion providing examples of LGBTQ+ artists and public figures who use their music and platforms to cultivate change.
