The seasons are always changing, and so are we.
Join Gillian and Nina for a seasonal evening devoted to deep rest, restorative yoga, nurturing Zenthai Shiatsu, and the wisdom of the metal element in traditional Chinese medicine.
Autumn invites us to slow down. As the vibrant energy of summer gives way to shorter days and cooler mornings, nature reminds us that this is a season of release, reflection, and renewal. After the fullness of summer, many of us arrive in autumn feeling both inspired and quietly depleted. This is your invitation to pause, replenish, and reconnect.
Inspired by the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, this seasonal experience explores the metal element - the energy associated with autumn, the lungs and large intestine. The metal element encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us, deepen our breath, and cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner balance.
You'll be guided through a deeply restful restorative yoga practice, with long-supported postures that invite the nervous system to soften and unwind. Throughout the session, you'll also receive nurturing Zenthai Shiatsu, a flowing form of bodywork that helps release tension, support the body's natural energy flow, and deepen your experience of rest.
Together, these practices create space to settle into the season with intention - honouring the natural rhythm of autumn, restoring your energy, and embracing the art of letting go.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and gently restored, ready to move through the rest of the season with greater ease.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
