Come and join us to celebrate the publication of our Book!
Sarah and myself are super excited to share our magical story with you all.
There are two times but you are welcome to come and stay for the afternoon.
There will be themed crafts that you can access in Haystax Hub CIC, behind The Coffee Shop, a themed woodland trail throughout our lovely forest, (Fingers crossed a owl guest if all works out at 2:00ish.
We will be there to help you purchase your book, sign copies (Bring yours or collect if already in your procession)
Two book readings at 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm held in Haystax Hub CIC
The Coffee Shop will be open ready to serve yummy hot/cold refreshments, cakes and more.
Both Sensory Rooms will also be open to explore.
Blurb
There is a magic to behold from simply sitting around a campfire with friends. Toasting marshmallows under dappled shade, whispers from the wind rustling the leaves, hammocks swinging idly, a cacophony of birdsong, the gentle trickle of a stream and mud, glorious mud. To continue these most precious of pastimes we must protect our woodlands, but the task is too big to do it alone. Join Noo Noo and friends on a journey through an ancient woodland to find out how you too can be a guardian of the forest.
And always remember, wherever there is magic wonderful things can happen ...
Instructions
Once you arrive follow the road up to the car park next to the Lodges and adjacent to The Coffee Shop.
There is some hard standing and plenty of disabled parking.
We are hoping for good weather, but remember we are in Consett!
We hope that there will be a hive of activity and join us in being respectful and understanding to the staff and volunteers if there happens to be a busy time. There will be lots to get involved in and off course the authors Sarah Glover (co author and talented illustrator) and Nikki Kell aka Nikki Noo Noo will be eager to see you all.
Note: a large % of the profits from each book will go directly back into Noo Noo's Experiences Community Interest Company to help self fund future plans and experiences.
