This special class is an annual event celebrating the first day of the year through movement, music, and community! Back in the day I used to teach a really fun 90 minute level 1-2 every Sunday that had great music and fun sequencing. It was lively, upbeat, and light hearted. I really miss it so I started teaching it New Years Day. This is the third year that I'll be offering it and I'm just so excited to spend the first day of the year with you! Expect a room full of lovely people, a variety of tunes to move to, and an uplifting start to 2024!
Bring your own mat and any props that you want to have at your fingertips as there aren't any provided by the space.
