This is a day pass for a lovely yoga and sound healing day retreat in Avebury, Wiltshire.
You have an option to come either for Saturday or Sunday - I have 5 spaces for either.
A day filled with wonderful movement of yoga, breathwork, chanting, lymphatic tapping, dancing, nature, yummy and nourishing brunch. Afternoon workshop, treats and/or Yoga Nidra/Yin Yoga.

Your day pass does include brunch and treats/fruit/hot drinks. However, the ticket doesn't include dinner.
The start of the day experience is around 8.30am and finishes at around 6pm/7pm, depending on the day, you choose to join.
*Medical form needs to be filled prior to the arrival (if you have not practiced with me before). This retreat day isn't refundable - please refer to my T&C's for more information.
Bring your own mat, comfortable clothes for your practice, blanket and cushion (for restorative practice). I have some yoga blocks and strap you can use if you don't have your own. Also, bring walking boots and waterproof clothes. If you will be interested in massage, then massage will also be available to book at an additional cost.
