Once upon a time, in a forest not too far, there lived a flutter of fairies - how small and pretty they are.
But one fairy was very sad, for she had no wand or wings. She couldn't fly, or sprinkle magic, or do other fairy things.
She visited the fairy queen up in the treetops high, to tell about her problem and maybe find out why.
The fairy queen, so wise and kind, said, "Do not worry my child. The only thing that's missing is your connection to the wild."
Come with us on a multisensory journey through the forest as friendship, curiosity, and connection awaken the Forest Fairy's magic 🧚♀️✨️

Families are welcome to get into the spirit of event by coming in fancy dress, be it a fairy, mystical creature, a woodland animal, a plant - get creative, we'd love to see it! There may even be a prize for the best dressed
We will meet you in the 2nd car park - please access the woods via Countesswells Road. However, if you are running late you will find us at the site around the fire circle - (what3words location: wacky.launch.rotate)
What to Bring
• A water bottle for yourself and your child
• Weatherproof clothing and suitable footwear (wellies or sturdy boots recommended)
• Extra mugs for your hot drinks - we have a limited amount!
• A spare change of clothes - woodland play can get muddy!
• A bag to take home any waste (used nappies, wipes, wrappers, etc.)
We will provide a wholesome woodland snack and warm drink as part of the experience.
You are welcome to bring additional snacks if needed.
