Breathwork session : Join Frances & Chico for powerful evening of breathwork

I’m so excited to be hosting this special in-person session with Chico (HU Breathe) — for those of you who’ve been asking to experience his incredible energy and healing work, this is your chance 🙌

We'll guide you through a short, gentle movement session first to help you settle your body, release tension and prepare to fully receive the breathwork 🙌

Then Chico will lead you through a transformational HU Breathe session — a deeply healing practice to calm your nervous system, let go of emotional stress, and reconnect with your true self 💛

arrivals from 6:15pm - to chat and get ready to start
session runs from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
departures at 7:45pm - so there is time after the session to chat / meet chico if you wish

These sessions are open to all, members and non- members of Onpointe Pilates and no previous experience is needed to participate.
