Come and join us for an evening of Pilates. We will enjoy a class designed to leave you feeling like you have energised, soothed and re-educated your body.
An opportunity to introduce/try Reformer Pilates with a taster session.
Following with a complementary glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic bubbles and some tasty treats.
No previous Pilates experience is required as the class will be suitable for all. It will be a relaxed and social atmosphere.
Full pre-payment is required to confirm your place.
Come dressed ready to do some mat based exercise. No equipment needed all mats and equipment will be provided.
