The class will include various levels to suit most.

All equipment is provided apart from a mat which you'll need to bring.
Wear comfy clothes - lycra is not mandatory!

There is a free car park next to the centre which is based in the heart of Brabyns Park, entrance for drivers off Brabyns Brow (signposted 'Brabyns Park'). If that is full, there is a main car park near the park entrance or Marple Bridge Car Park just outside the park on Brabyns Brow.
