Double mini trampoline is an exciting fast-paced discipline. It is like two mini trampolines combined in the middle.
The first half of the apparatus is on a slight angle and is called the mount. The second half is named the spotter where gymnasts perform a skill either back on to the trampoline or dismounted onto the mat.
Gymnasts sprint down a track towards the DMT and as they approach, they hurdle on to the DMT with a two footed landing to maximize power.
Double mini trampoline is a very inclusive sport for all ages and abilities, with skills ranging from shape jumps all the way up to double and triple somersaults.
Please wear sports clothing together with socks.
Hair must be tied up and no jewellery must be worn.
Participants should bring a bottle of water with them.
