My career history is in IT fulfilling various roles over 28 years including developer and business analyst.

My love of Pilates developed whilst seeing a physio for a shoulder injury. He recommended I try Pilates and I saw the results immediately - light bulb moment! My passion grew and, with a desire to spread the love and pursue a major career change, I qualified as a modern Pilates teacher in 2018.

In 2023, I gave up my IT job to embark on an exciting career change into Pilates full time 🎉
