Hatha Yoga taken at a gentle pace to really reward and honour our body. This is a slower paced class that aims to get the body moving, improving posture and balance, boosting energy and strength.
Perfect for: all ages who want a slower paced class. Props and adaptations will be offered throughout to assist your practice and comfort.
All equipment provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.
Parking is on-street in a mainly residential area. Please park considerately of the restricted school zone and local residents.
