Join me for a nurturing and soothing specially extended restorative yoga class. We'll journey into deep rest together, so you can replenish and restore your equilibrium.
This two and a half hour session will leave you feeling profoundly relaxed and more 'joined up' finding space to just be, with a meditation included to ground.
All equipment provided. No experience necessary and everyone welcome - however you should be someone who is happy on the floor.
All equipment is provided. Please wear layers and bring socks.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.

Please read these terms before booking. This is a full and final booking. There are no refunds. However, if you are unable to attend and provide at least 5 days notice in writing, we will do our best to sell your place on. If we are successful we will gladly provide you with a studio credit to use at a future date.
