New to Tuesday afternoons for a four week block at 2pm til 3.
This is a mat Pilates class with new teacher Ceclie who qualified to level 3 last year. She's been teaching around and about but is new to the studio. Her classes are suitable for all levels and she weaves in options to do more (or less) to adapt the practice to you.
This class will run for four weeks initially with a planned return after the summer break.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring some water.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.
We are located in a residential street close to a school, please park considerately of the no parking zone and our residents' drives.

BLOCK OF 4 - INTRO PRICE
Block booking provides the best available rate and you are receiving a discounted price for a confirmed place in that class. Any classes not taken within the block are not carried over to the next block. There is no facility to extend or receive a refund on missed classes or transfer to another studio class due to the intro pricing. Thanks for your understanding.
