In this unique session, guests are gently suspended in aerial yoga slings while enveloped in soothing tones from gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. The combination of weightless suspension and immersive sound allows your body to release tension deeply, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to fully reset.
Please note this is a sound bath only session.

The session will be supervised by Gravity Yoga UK instructor to ensure safety.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your body and mind. 8 out of 10 adults are suffering from burnout; this is a great way to put your body back into a more aligned state.
During the sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest.

Please review the attached consent form and waiver. You will be required to sign that you have read and understood upon arrival to the session.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch easily in & feel free to bring a blanket to use during the Floating Sound bath portion.
Please bring the following: yoga mat (or beach size towel), water bottle.
IMPORTANT: NO ZIPS or JEWELRY as these can damage the fabric and can cause injury to yourselves if caught. Long hair must be tied back; socks must be worn; please keep makeup to a minimum to avoid transfer to fabric slings.
It is your responsibility to notify the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions at the beginning of your session as you are low level suspended on the equipment in this class. Some medications which cause dizziness are dangerous to use when participating in this session.
Doors open at 6:45 and will close promptly at 7:00pm. Late arrivals will not be permitted as to avoid disruption to others.
Avoid consuming any alcohol prior to the session. We also advise to avoid eating directly before your session. Any attendee feeling unwell must refrain from coming to class and advise us in advance so we know to start.
No refunds will be given to latecomers or non-attendees. Refunds or transfer only permitted with at least 72 hours notice.
