Marking the slow return of light into the land. Imbolc reminds us that though unseen, changes are happening underfoot and nature is getting ready to awaken from its winter slumber.
Join us for an energising morning of Yoga with The ReWild and an optional social sauna session with Skellig Sauna at the magical Cuas Crom beach.
Our Yoga practice is beginner-friendly and welcome to all. Focusing on energising and cleansing techniques you can expect a well-rounded practice, with the right amount of challenge and many opportunities to connect to its subtler qualities.
70 min. Open level Yoga led by Dani Hiro at The ReWild Studio, Cahersiveen followed by a 45 min. social sauna overlooking Cuas Crom beach.
