We will be working with the potent weave of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Sound to reconnect to our innate ability to heal ourselves.
We will practice to remove blocks, to release what is no longer serving us on all levels, energetically, physically, somatically, emotionally and spiritually and then we will practice to balance the nervous system and come to a deeper connection to the healer within.
