Person-Centered organizations do more than provide Person-Centered training. It requires changes in our systems, policies, and processes. The systems in an organization need to be responsive to what the people they support want. Innovation is paramount to success and your practices should support this. This session will explore some of the ways that organizations can work to better support meaningful lives for the people they support through organizational changes.
