Hi, I’m Katy, the founder of Sunflower Circle — a space created straight from the heart.

I’ve spent my career supporting children across a wide range of needs, with a background in speech and language development for under 5s, and extensive experience in early years and special educational needs (SEN) from ages 2 to 18.

Working closely with children and families over the years, I’ve seen just how deeply big feelings can impact little lives — especially when children don’t yet have the words or tools to express them. Whether it’s anxiety from a new sibling, grief after a loss, or trauma from domestic violence, I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are.

That’s why I started Sunflower Circle — a fully inclusive, nurturing environment where emotional well-being is the priority. Here, children are free to explore, express, and be gently guided through whatever they’re facing, at their own pace and in their own way.

This work is my passion, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside families as their little ones grow, heal, and thrive.
