We’ll begin with gentle, flowing movements to ease stiffness, improve mobility and release tension, before settling into longer-held, supported Yin Yoga poses that encourage the body to soften and the mind to unwind. With soothing breathwork and moments of stillness woven throughout, this is a lovely opportunity to step away from the busyness of December and enjoy some time just for you.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those who prefer a slower, more supportive practice, the class offers plenty of options and modifications to suit your body and individual needs. There’s no pressure to push or achieve anything — simply an invitation to move gently, breathe deeply and restore a little balance.
Afterwards, we’ll share a cosy festive moment with warm, non-alcoholic mulled wine or tea, and gingerbread cookies, enjoying the warmth of our lovely community and a little Christmas cheer together.
Wear something comfortable that lets you move easily, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Everything else you need for your practice will be provided.
