Festive Flow

Festive Flow 2026
10am - 1pm, followed by a festive lunch & a glass of fizz 🥂

As the year draws to a close, I'm inviting you to gather with me in celebration: to reflect on the progress we've made this year and honour the journey we've shared. This is the third year of Festive Flow, and it's become a special tradition to seal off the year together.

Whether you've been moving with me for years or this is your first time on the mat, this practice is designed to help you tune into your body's natural rhythm and move with more freedom, spontaneity and intuition.

We'll begin with a warming cacao and a short guided meditation to reflect on the year we’ve had & anchor our intentions for the new year ahead.

From there, we'll flow into an open-hearted practice that weaves together together some really gentle joint synergy & spinal movements, as well as some more intuitive, dance-like movements, helping us to unlock blockages, mobilise our bodies and open up to move more freely, consciously & spontaneously.

Afterwards, we'll gather for a cosy sharing circle, followed by a festive lunch at Leaf & Ground.

Come as you are, express yourself freely and let's flow together. 🧘‍♀️✨
