Practise • Explore • Remember
Our Monthly Dharma Yoga Masterclass is an opportunity to step beyond the rhythm of weekly practice and immerse yourself more deeply in the tradition.
With more time comes more space. More space to move, to breathe, to explore, to ask questions and to deepen your practice.
Across two unhurried hours, we weave together postures, breathwork, mantra, meditation and yogic philosophy in the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra. Whether you're attending your first Dharma class or have been practising for years, you'll be supported to explore at your own pace.
This is more than a yoga class. It's an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with a tradition that has guided practitioners for generations.
Suitable for all levels.
You'll leave feeling inspired, grounded and more deeply connected to your practice.
Niveau : All levels
Before you arrive
Our studio doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle into the space before we begin.
If you can, we encourage arriving around five minutes early. Those first quiet moments can make all the difference, allowing your body and mind to gently arrive before your practice begins.
Life isn't always that simple though.
Many of our students are coming straight from work, caring responsibilities or busy family lives. If you're running late, please don't turn around and go home. We'd much rather practise with you than not have you there at all.
The studio door will be open, so simply come in quietly and join us. Depending on where we are in the practice, you may be invited to settle onto the floor for a few moments until there's a natural opportunity to rearrange mats and help you ease into the class without disturbing the flow of the room.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. We do keep a small number of spare mats at the studio if you ever forget yours.
We're really looking forward to welcoming you. If you have any questions before your first visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
