A fun workshop, learning how to balance, trust and catch each other.
No experience or strength needed, just a willingness to have a go. You get to learn the basics of how to carry each other's weight without having to be strong, and tips on how to help each other and keep each other safe.
Children under 10 must have adult supervision.
Shorts or trousers are more practical for acro than skirts and recommended. Come with a willingness to try, and happy to work in small groups of clambering buddies. (You do not need to come as part of a group).
