Everything you need for the day will be provided, and you’ll be gently guided throughout.
All mats, bolsters, blankets and props are available in the studio, but you are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can move and rest in, along with a warm layer for relaxation and our quieter practices.
Some parts of the day may take place outdoors (weather permitting), so you may wish to bring:
an extra layer
something comfortable to sit or lie on outside if you prefer
Water is available in the studio, and herbal teas will be offered throughout the day.
The practices are designed to be accessible and supportive, with options given throughout. You don’t need any previous yoga experience.
