Women’s Wellbeing Evening at Salcey Forest
Join us for a magical evening of connection and calm in the heart of Salcey Forest. This special event is dedicated to women’s wellbeing and will include:
A gentle yoga practice to ground and restore
A soothing sound bath to relax and rejuvenate
An introduction to Cacao, the heart-opening plant medicine
As the sun sets through the trees, we’ll gather in nature, reconnecting with ourselves and each other in a serene woodland setting.
Spaces are limited—come as you are, and leave feeling nourished.

£4 for the day when booked with us, or pay directly on arrival (unfortunately will be more expensive) Forestry England members park for free.

Wrap up warm, we recommend lots of warm layers as your body temperature will change even if it's a hot day.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow and a thick blanket (a sleeping bag is perfect to get cosy for the sound bath).
Parking is available, we can offer a discounted rate. Forestry England members park for free.
Arrive 15 mins before the event to allow time to walk to The Glade where the event will take place.
