Ladies, join us for another magical evening in beautiful Shutlanger Hall, on the outskirts of Northampton.
We will welcome you into the old Hall to explore a host of wonderful practices during the evening.
Jess will guide you with kindness through a gentle Yoga class suitable for all abilities.
We will treat you to a group Cacao experience, where you will learn about the history, power and health benefits of this magical heart opener.
You'll get cosy and enjoy a peaceful Guided Mediation with Jen followed by a beautiful Sound Bath.
During a sound bath you will experience a relaxing soundscape and energy alignment using soothing sounds from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and drums.
We fell in love with Shutlanger Hall as soon as we arrived, it is so sweet and we cannot wait to share it with you.
You can attend the event and choose not to take part in all activities, this is completely your choice.

Please bring your yoga mat and warm blankets, sleeping bags or duvets for this event.
Remember to dress comfortably with layers to enable you to move and hopefully warm up during our yoga class then prepare to be as cosy as possible for your sound bath as you will be lying still for around 45 minutes.
You are welcome to bring pillows/cushions anything you need to ensure you feel completely comfortable.
If you'd like to hire a mat please let us know in advance (£2 charge).
Free parking is available in the village.
We will send an email out a few days before the event with some helpful information to make your evening the best it can be.
We would also recommend that you have a water bottle with you.
