This immersive 9D Breathwork experience is designed to help you release emotional weight and feel lighter, clearer and more regulated — often in just one session.
Letting Go & Moving On works beyond the thinking mind, guiding your body and nervous system into a deeply safe state where old stories, emotional attachment and unresolved experiences can soften naturally. Through conscious breath, immersive 9D soundscapes and subconscious guidance, you’re supported to loosen the grip of the past and reconnect with calm, clarity and forward momentum.
