Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure is a registered charity and as a non-profit organisation any surplus we make will be reinvested for community benefit, to improve the quality of facilities and services offered to you.

Support with booking:

1. Select the first activity you would like to attend and your selection will highlight in yellow.
2. On the right hand side, below the image, select the number of tickets (spaces) you would like. If you would like more than one, use the + and – button. These activities will automatically be added to your basket (top right hand corner).
3. You can continue to add more activities, using the filters at the top of the page and repeating point number 2.
4. Continue to select and repeat until you have all of your chosen activities in your basket.
5. Once you have all activities in your basket click "View Selections".
6. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the relevant box.
7. To proceed click “Book Now” to continue to the registration and payment section.
8. Add in your email address and complete a registration form.
9. Once paid you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can "Set a password" to make future bookings easier and to manage your bookings.

REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non refundable. Please let us know if you can no longer attend an activity so that we can try and re-sell your tickets or offer a transfer to another session or date where possible. This is at the discretion of the booking staff, subject to availability.
