Join us for a rejuvenating day immersed in nature at Harlaw Reservoir.

Designed to connect you with the tranquility of the outdoors, allowing you to recharge your mind, body, and spirit.

Guided Mindful Nature Walk 45mins - 1 hour
We’ll begin with a mindful nature walk. We’ll partake in barefoot grounding exercises and explore the calming practice of tree hugging, deepening your connection with the environment around you.

Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of nature, enhancing your mindfulness and awareness.

Pilates in Nature 45 mins - 1 hour
After the walk, we'll transition to an energising Pilates session among the majestic pine trees. This outdoor class is designed to align and strengthen your body while you breathe in the fresh air. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you flow through movements that promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Cooling Off and Warming Up. 20-30 mins
As the morning moves on, we’ll take the opportunity to dip into the refreshing waters of the reservoir. This is one of my most favourite spots to dip so I hope you like it too!

Listening and Connecting. 30 mins

After your dip, we will gather around the fire pit, share warm drinks and homemade snacks, and listen to female-inspired music and have a wee dance if the mood takes us!

Let the lightheartedness of the morning lift your spirits, feel the camaraderie of your sisters and share in the shenanigans that happens when women gather together.
