3hr morning session. Give yourself time to rest and restore with Hatha yoga, deep Yin stretch and relaxation (Yoga Nidra) in this seasonally themed yoga session.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, water, blanket and small cushion. (I have spare mats if needed)
All other yoga props are provided, but please feel free to bring your own bolsters, blocks or other equipment you like to use.
