Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Swimming is the perfect way to keep fit but it's also thought that swimming is a particularly good way to relax your body, soothe your mind and reduce anxiety.
So come along at any time between 3pm-8pm for a swim in Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre's pool.
Families and children are welcome, when accompanied by an adult.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Instructions
There are lockers and changing rooms on site.
Please wear a bathing suit when accessing the pool.
