Join us for an evening of dynamic yoga, yin yoga, tea, treats and crystal sound bowls.
Let go off the stresses and strains of the working weeks with an energising dynamic yoga practice, followed by time to connect with others over tea and treats. Then ground yourselves in a relaxing yin practice. Finish with a mesmerising and calming crystal sound bowl meditation.
Please bring a blanket or cosy jumper for the sound bowls session. Mats and props will be provided, please feel free to bring your own.
