Gathering in the Light - Coming Home to the Heart
Join us for a deeply nourishing 3-night retreat in the heart of Devon. Embracing the energy of the summer solstice, this retreat invites us to pause and to honour the light around us and within us.
Hridaya yoga is a meditative heart centred practice of inner awareness and self enquiry. A sound bath is a powerful way to promote deep relaxation and elevate your overall sense of wellbeing. Woven together these practices can support us to enter deep meditation, bringing a sense of equanimity to the entire being.
We welcome all levels and all bodies.
While sound healing is generally gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone. This workshop is not recommended for those:
Through daily yoga, meditation, nature immersion, and sound healing, we will cultivate stillness and presence, allowing space for deep restoration. You’ll be nourished with three organic vegan meals per day, made with love and locally sourced ingredients (GF option available).
Spend time in nature, give space for silence, and enjoy moments of deep connection through sharing circles and a singing sauna. Experience the magic of fire ceremony, shared meals, and the gentle support of community.
This retreat is a sacred space to come home to yourself - to pause, breathe, and realign with the heart’s true wisdom.

Please bring with you:
Swimwear and towel for the sauna
Personal toiletries and any medications you need
Suncream/sun hat
Water bottle
Waterproofs and sturdy shoes for outdoors
Warm layers for the evening
Loose comfortable clothing for yoga and sound baths
Slippers for inside
Yoga mat (if you don't have one please let us know so we can bring a spare)
There are some cushions and blankets available at the retreat centre. Please bring anything else extra you need to feel comfortable.
Bedding and one towel is provided for each person.
