December Sound Bath - Returning to the Light ❄️

December brings us to the heart of winter. The trees are bare, frosty mornings arrive and the days grow shorter as the natural world settles into the depths of winter. Nature has gone inwards, conserving its energy and resting through the darkest part of the year.

The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night, offering us a moment to pause and honour the darkness before the gradual return of the light. From this point onwards, the days slowly begin to lengthen again, reminding us that even in the deepest darkness, change is already beginning beneath the surface.

The Cold Moon, one of the traditional names given to December's full moon, is a reminder of the darker, colder days of winter and the quieter rhythm of nature at this time of year. With December often being such a busy month, this sound bath is a chance to step away from the activity and expectations of the festive season, slow down and give ourselves some time to rest.

Through the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, you'll be invited to relax, reconnect with yourself and create some space for quiet reflection as the year draws to a close.

Come as you are, get cosy and allow yourself an hour of rest and restoration inspired by the quiet beauty of winter and the returning light.

While sound healing is generally gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone. This workshop is not recommended for those:

• with sound-induced epilepsy
• in the first trimester of pregnancy
• experiencing severe mental health challenges
