Drawing on various styles of yoga to bring you a nourising flow + rest, you'll get both. Always beginning with grounding, incorporating breathwork, meditation and movement. Supporting your body, mind and nervous system. Curated with music + scents to make your feel like your body just took a big sigh!
Enclave's gorgeous studio space is such a nourishing, welcoming and calming sanctuary and I can't wait to share it with you. Spaces are limited, so don't miss out.

Niveau : All Levels Welcome
Class starts at 6:15pm, please try to arrive 5 minutes before to allow time to get settled.
All equipment, mats and props (if required) are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear clothing that is easy and comfortable to move it, which also enables me to see how your body is moving.
It would be advisable not to eat in the hour prior to class. Please come well hydrated and bring water.
Classes are non-refundable. If you can not attend a session for any reason please do let me know.
