This is the first of 8 workshops, each one exploring and working with one of our seven chakras.
During this Workshop we will focus on the first of our Chakras, The Root Chakra, this chakra relates to security and safety, It is about our foundation and going back to the basics.
People often feel to be grounded we need to connect to the Earth, I would say our body is where we should be grounded before anywhere else.
Whenever we are connected to our body, we always feel safe because we know what our body needs, and what our body wants, as well as what our body doesn't need.
We know ourselves well enough by bringing awareness to our body because we can always find the answers within us.
So in this workshop, we will strengthen our connection to our body by doing Kundalini Yoga, Kriya and Meditation so we can feel more safe within ourselves and connected to our root chakra.
You will also learn a beautiful mantra that you can use in your life whenever you need to tend to the sense of security within yourself.
