Wouldn’t it be great to React less and Respond with more composure in daily life. And to Improve your balancing skills? At this afternoon’s mindful workshop, you’ll explore various ways to cultivate Equanimity off the mat with both external and internal methods. (yoga tradition asserts that every body is made up of five layers of 'finer grades of energy' including Prana) Movement and asana closely linked with breath are designed to bring balance to your physical and your nervous system. Pilates-inspired exercises will further strengthen your centre and improve the foundations of your balance. Breathwork Pranayama can bring ease and balance to your mindset. Closes with guided relaxation for conscious rest in Savasana.
