Pilates Reformer Retreat from 15- 21 April 2027 with Maia Jospeh

Price includes
○ 6 nights at Casa Erica retreat location
○ 3 vegan meals/day, with optional vegetarian sides available
○ 5 reformer pilates classes

○ flight or train to/from Màlaga

Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros. During the booking process, you can choose between bank transfer and credit card payment for some retreats.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we offer you the option to split the amount into two installments. You will find our bank details in your booking confirmation. The deposit of €500 is due within 5 days of booking; the remaining balance will follow later.

If you pay by credit card, the payment is made conveniently in one sum.
Please note that bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat must be paid in full.

Transfer & Check-in

○ Arrival at the airport/city center: recommended by midday/afternoon
○ First transfer: from 3:00 pm
○ Check-in: from 4:00 pm
○ Last organized transfer: 8:00 pm
○ Self-arrival (car/taxi): check-in by 9:00 pm at the latest

Cancellation Policy

○ Up to 2 months before the start of the retreat, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund (minus a small handling fee of €30)
○ For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund
○ However, if the retreat is fully booked and we find someone to take your place, we will refund you the paid amount minus the 500€ deposit.

Instructions

All pilates equipment is available at our retreat location, as well as towels & bed linen. Please bring grip socks for the reformer sessions, a refillable water bottle, a journal & pen for some notes, swim wear, sun glasses, cap, sun screen and sturdy shoes (with grip) for the hike.
