🟠 Deep relaxation at the beautiful Woodland Retreat Centre Llanishen Cardiff 😊🙏
🟠 Friday - August 15th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
🟠 We will start with 1 hour of Hatha Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. To finish there will be organic Green & Blacks chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillow and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
£25 per person.
*Please note that sound baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with sound sensitive epilepsy, those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD and those with current fractures. Please send a message if you would like to discuss 🙂
You will need a mat, a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable lying down.
