A sound bath is a chance to pause, rest and soak up the frequencies.
This special event at Bennison farm gives us an opportunity to bathe in the healing power of sound whilst out in nature. The session will start with some simple yoga practices to connect to the elements of earth, water, fire and air within and around us. Then rest on the ground to recieve the sound.
Instruments include Himalayan singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, drum, animal sound makers and more...

Please book in advance so you can be contacted with access details and in case of any change to arrangements due to weather etc!
Please dress for the weather, layers are recommended and soft comfy shoes. We'll be on our feet for the simple yoga practices and then laying on the grass (under a marquee) for the sound bath - please bring something to lie on and a blanket to keep you cosy (spares available)
Do bring some water / a flask of hot drink / snacks for after.
There's a compost loo onsite (or the bushes!!!)
